Newcastle and Tyneside Orienteers, (NATO), are a medium sized club based in the northern part of the NEOA, (North East Orienteering Association), region.
Our members mostly hail from Newcastle, the banks of the Tyne and Northumberland, but we also number some from further afield.
The Club has achieved Clubmark Accreditation from Sport England.

The Force Ten (Phoenix) Long O is a 2 day 'long orienteering' event sponsored by A M G Outdoor Ltd, owners of the Vango, Force Ten and Phoenix brands. It takes place in the Cheviots, a range of hills straddling the border between Scotland and England.
