Army Reserve Centre, High Pit Cramlington ( NE23 6RA ~ NZ276764 )

From A189 northbound take B1505 exit "Cramlington & E. Cramlington Ind. Est."
Right at T junction (B1505) & first right signed "Army Reserve Centre", which is on the right behind Alex Scott Cars..

From A189 southbound take exit to "Cramlington & E. Cramlington Ind. Est.".
Turn left at the roundabout onto B1326 and right at T junction (lights) onto B1505.
After approx. 350 m. turn right signed "Army Reserve Centre" . TA centre is on the right.

Direct Bus: X8 Haymarket > Blyth (9:37 hourly) via S.Gosforth, & Burradon.
Blyth > Newcastle (9:55 hourly) via Bebside.
57A Whitley Bay (10:16) > Cramlington via S.Delaval

Registration:

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Fees:

£7.00 Senior / £4.00 Juniors/Concessions / £2.00 Schoolchildren.

SPORTident Electronic. E-Cards ("dibber") available for free loan (40 loss charge)

Starts:

10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 10 minutes to start via manned road crossing.

Return from Finish to Download via same route.

4. HyperVet Men (M75+), UltraVet Women (W65+), HyperVet Women (W75+)

3.8 km. ~ 16 controls

5. Junior Men (M16-), Junior Women (W16-)

3.1 km. ~ 15 controls

6. Young Junior Men (M12-), Young Junior Women (W12-)

1.9 km. ~ 12 controls

Lengths may vary slightly from those above as courses are finalised.

Measurements are direct line distances. Actual running distance is likely to be at least 50% higher
depending on the routes taken. (There are many !!)

At times running may be along pavements and verges alongside estate roads Courses 1 to 5 All involve crossing quiet estate roads, but please take care. Major roads are crossed by compulsory underpasses.All major roads are out of bounds.
