X18 from Haymarket hourly from 09.13 via Regent Centre & Morpeth. (Journey 1 hr.) Alight at Hadston Road End. 1.5km down access road to Registration.

SafetyRemember you Orienteer at your own risk
The area is exposed. A cagoule should be available in case of adverse conditions.
A minor road used at times for visitors parking lies betwen park and dunes. Junior courses will have a marshalled crossing.
Competitors should avoid the very edge of the lake and be aware of the usual conditions at a popular public venue.
Please bring your own requirement of drinking water.
A whistle should be carried, otherwise officials reserve the right to deny entry.
