Starts: Follow signs from Junction of A192 (Newgate Street) and Mitford Road (B6343)
Car park: now Newminster School NZ 191863 follow signs down avenue to car park. Registration signposted from car park.NZ191863 Map

Starts: 10:15 a.m. until 12:30
Courses: White to Blue
Entry: Seniors (M/W21+ ) 4.00 / Juniors (M/W20-)/concessions 3.00 / Schoolchild 1.50
Dibber Hire 50p (loss charge £30)
Punching: SportIdent timing. Dibber required.
Map: White / Yellow 1:5 000 - Other courses 1: 7500
Terrain: Mixed woodland and rough grazing fields. Some steep slopes. No roads/streets although quite good paths. Good runnability throughout (bracken and nettles avoided by planner as he doesn't want to go in there to put out controls !). Interesting features around Mitford Castle enhance the navigational challenge - see map section.

Dogs: On a lead at all times.
