Entry Form
If you do not have an entry form and would like to enter the event, then please print out the blank one on this page. If you don't have a printer, then a 'homemade' version is quite acceptable as long as it contains all the information!
Stamped addressed envelopes - one is for your final instructions/Day 1 start time. The other is for your copy of the results. Please make them around 9in x 6in (it really helps us when preparing them for you). This information will all be posted on this website and if you are happy to get the final details/start times and/or the results off the internet, then do not include envelopes. We try to make the results booklet a bit of a souvenir by including photographs taken of the area and at the event.
Entries arriving in the same envelope will be given similar start times unless you request otherwise. If you are running the same course, then 'similar' means about 16 minutes apart.
For day 1, you may request an approximate start time (first time likely to be 10 am) or a start time close to someone else (about 16 mins apart if on same course). On day 2, a chasing start operates depending on the results for day 1 (first start time likely to be 9 am). See "Competitions" for more details.
Note that age is as at 1st January, 2006 and not on the day of the event.
If you already have your own SI card, then enter the number in the appropriate box. If you need to hire one, then please write HIRE instead. Pairs competitors - you only need one SI card per pair. Please include the fee for the hire card with your entry. The hire charge is 50p per day (£1 for both days). Note that lost or non returned cards will be charged at £20 per SI card (hopefully there won't be any!!).
Only one entry form is necessary per entry for the Pairs classes, not one for each member of the pair.
