Entry Form
If you do not have an entry form and would like to enter the event, then please print out the blank one on this page. You may need to set the text size on your browser to Medium or below. If you don't have a printer, then a 'homemade' version is quite acceptable as long as it contains all the information!
Final instructions and results - will be on the web site and we encourage competitors to use this facility. If you would like us to post a copy to you, then you must enclose the appropriate stamped addressed envelopes.
Note that age is as at 1st January, 2008 and not on the day of the event.
If you already have your own SI card, then enter the number in the appropriate box. If you need to hire one, then please write HIRE instead. Pairs competitors - you only need one SI card per pair. Please include the fee for the hire card with your entry. The hire charge is 50p per day (£1 for both days). Note that lost or non returned cards will be charged at £25 per SI card (hopefully there won't be any!!).
Only one entry form is necessary per entry for the Pairs classes, not one for each member of the pair.
Closing date - entry forms to arrive by Saturday 2nd August 2008. Late entry fee applies after this date.
