    Terrain: Complex modern housing estates. Lots of footpaths, underpasses and green spaces. Very little climb.

    Travel: From A189 northbound take B1505 exit “Cramlington & E. Cramlington Ind. Est.” Right off the slip road & first right signed “Army Reserve Centre” (O-signed here), which is on the right behind Alex Scott Cars.

    From A189 southbound take exit to “Cramlington & E. Cramlington Ind. Est.”. At the slip road foot turn left at the roundabout onto B1326 and right at T junction (lights) (O-signed here) onto B1505.
    After approx. 350 m. turn right signed “Army Reserve Centre” (O-signed here) . AR centre is on the right as above.

    Direct Bus: X8 Haymarket > S.Gosforth > Burradon > High Pit > Blyth (9:40 hourly) Stops adjacent.
    X8 Blyth > Bebside > High Pit > Newcastle (9:34 hourly) Stops adjacent.

    At times running on any course may be along pavements and verges alongside estate roads.
    All major roads are OOB. Most are negotiated by compulsory underpass but two marshalled crossings enable crossing of Village Road.
    Estate roads are all slow speed and have limited traffic but all competitors are reminded to take care crossing any road and avoid pedestrians and cyclists on paths and tracks. These conditions enables U16s to consider entering up to Green..

    Entry: Online Pre entry only via SIEntries. No entry on the day except for Yellow and Orange courses.
